Information on the Personal Data protection regime

The provision of personal data to this website or to its owner will imply the full acceptance by the User/provider of the data (hereinafter User) of the following processing regime of their Personal Data: A) Your personal data will be kept in the files of COPROVER S.L. (owner of the brand RUSTIC CORNER, with NIF B 58521220, and registered office at Calle Mandri 3-9, Bajos Local F, 08022 Barcelona (Spain), registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona on page B-20474, with telephone 34-93-204-55-11 and e-mail address rusticcorner@rusticcorner.comhereinafter COPROVER). COPROVER is also responsible for the processing of such data. By providing such personal data, COPROVER will be authorised to store and process them for the purpose of providing its brokerage, advertising, advice and real estate negotiation services; the data will be kept for the duration of the contract plus an additional period of six years, and in the absence of a contract for a period of six years from its provision; after this period the data will be destroyed. With the provision of data, the User guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of all of them, and must keep the information provided to COPROVER, so that they respond at all times to the actual situation.

With the provision of data, COPROVER is authorized to send promotional or advertising communications by email or other equivalent means of communication, products or real estate or related services that may suit your requests, situation or interests, under the terms of Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce, July 11 (BOE 12/07/2002) and other applicable regulations. In the event of not being interested in receiving such communications, the User may contact COPROVER at the address or email address indicated on the 1st page of this document, expressing their willingness to unsubscribe from advertising communications, and proving their identity with a copy of ID attached to the email.

The data will not be disclosed to third parties, whether natural or legal persons, without the prior consent of the User; with the exception of the following disclosures that would be authorised by the User from the provision of the data: i) Transfer of data to Real Estate Agents associated with COPROVER for the intermediation in the sale or marketing of the real estate asset, ii) transfer of data to the natural or legal person promoter, owner or seller of the property being marketed, in order to prepare documents relating to the transfer of the property, or relating to budgets, pre-contractual information.etc., iii) transfer of data to banks for the purpose of making payments, collections or refunds, iv) transfer of data to notaries and law firms for the preparation of documents relating to the transfer or marketing of the property, v) transfer of data (images and description of the property) to the press and real estate portals for the purpose of advertising the property, vi) transfer of data to lawyers, solicitors, mediators, conciliators or other ADRs, in the event that negotiations with third parties or legal action before the authorities or the courts should be necessary, vii) transfer of data to COPROVER's partner companies in areas related to real estate (insurance companies, renovation companies, security companies, etc.) so that they can be able to take action in the event that they need to take legal action..etc) so that they can make commercial offers to the User.

The aforementioned transfers shall be limited to the data and documents that are essential for the successful completion of the professional assignment. Users may at any time exercise their rights in relation to their personal data: (i) Right to withdraw consent, (ii) Right to access personal data, (iii) Right to rectify data, (iv) Right to delete/cancel data, (v) Right to limit or oppose processing, (vi) Right to data portability, (vi) Right to be forgotten data; under the terms established by the legal regulations (European Personal Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection, BOE 6/12/2018, and other applicable regulations). The User may exercise these rights by sending a letter or email to COPROVER addresses referenced on the 1st page of this document. The User is also informed that the legal basis for the processing of data will be the execution of the User's professional assignment, that their personal data will be subject to computerised processing to incorporate them into our files, that profiles will be created with their personal data to better adapt to their request and interests, and that no data transfers will be made to third countries. The User is also informed of the possibility of lodging complaints with the Personal Data Protection Authorities.
